Marko has been a partner at the Hrabar & Partneri Law Firm since 2016.

For more than ten years, Marko has been successfully advising clients in the areas of commercial, civil and labor law, drafting and reviewing contracts and writing legal opinions. In the aforementioned legal areas, Marko regularly represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Likewise, as a sports law specialist, he provides consulting and representation services to athletes, coaches, managers-mediators, as well as clubs, in all legal matters, proceedings before competent foreign arbitration bodies, and generally in legal matters related to sports law.

As a legal advisor, he has participated in a significant number of domestic and international transfers and has reviewed and drafted numerous contracts for player transfers, professional playing contracts between clubs and players, and employment contracts regulating the relationship between clubs and coaches. He has also reviewed and drafted numerous sponsorship and endorsement contracts and negotiated the termination of contracts between clubs and players and/or coaches.

At the same time, Marko is one of the first lawyers in the Republic of Croatia to practice eSports.

He participates as a lecturer at various legal conferences and is the author of several scientific and professional articles.

Marko is also an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Croatian Football Association, as well as a member of the second-instance disciplinary council at the Croatian Olympic Committee.
