Katarina has been an attorney at the Law Firm Hrabar & Partners since 2021. year.<\/p>\n

Katarina\u2019s business engagement mainly includes the areas of civil and family law, with an emphasis on property law.<\/p>\n

Katarina also advises clients in the field of intellectual property rights, which includes trademark and industrial design protection, but also drafting legal opinions on more complex topics in the aforementioned legal field.<\/p>\n

Katarina also advises domestic and foreign clients in the field of commercial law, which includes drafting contracts, drafting legal opinions, collecting receivables, as well as establishing and changing the status of companies.<\/p>\n

As a lawyer, she successfully represents parties in court proceedings, provides legal advice and participates in the preparation of legal opinions, contracts and analysis of legal regulations.<\/p>\n
